Larry Tracey
Larry Tracey is a dedicated advocate for personal growth and success. With a background as a teacher, youth outreach coordinator, and addictions counselor, he boldly left the traditional classroom to expand his capacity to inspire and transform lives.
As a prominent leader in positive change, Larry founded the nonprofit initiative Youth4Youth (www.youth4youth.org), crafting impactful leadership and success training programs that have touched over 200,000 youths and adults in 100+ educational institutions. Furthermore, Larry serves as the Program Director for the Way Out West Coalition, a commendable endeavor dedicated to preventing youth alcohol and drug misuse in the Buckeye community. His commitment to fostering healthier communities extends even further, as he is the visionary behind two additional prevention coalitions in the West Valley: Rise Up Glendale and Peoria Primary Prevention Coalition.
Larry’s captivating journey includes experiences in the priesthood and as part of Evel Knievel’s pit crew. These diverse experiences have enriched his philosophy of “personal construction,” emphasizing character and core values like integrity, quality, passion, and love.
Larry lives by his motto: “Learn it, Live it, Share it,” embodying success principles daily. As a devoted father of three boys, he continues to nurture growth and potential in those around him.
